   Unfortunately, the reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We were on a trip through Scotland (from Germany) and had problems with the battery. We were told there were no appointments. Despite great requests there was no chance for a quick check and we were sent away. A big problem for travelers in a foreign country! Just a few kilometers away, another helpful workshop helped us in only 15 minutes. It was difficult to find these angels and many questions were necessary. Just 15 MINUTES! Be ashemed, this is not how you treat people in need. Actually you deserve zero stars.

   Despite the fact that they were booked solid for the next week, Howard and his team squeezed me in this morning to give my brakes the once-over, and now I have the reassurance of knowing it's safe for me to make short journeys for the next while for essential shopping trips until things get back to normal and I can book in to have them seen to properly. Not only that, they didn't charge me for the check. I have nothing but praise for this peerless level of service - very highly recommended.
