   Walter has gone above and beyond for us in terms of designing the kitchen, being patient with going back and forth in design changes. Hes been absolutely fantastic in helping us design, definitely not had this kind of sevice anywhere else. Would definitely recommend to look out for Walter in the Uddingston branch!

   We have had a very poor experience with this site where the designer got the layout wrong but worst part is the lack of ownership from the manager and assistant manager who have not returned calls or emails. Their welcome email even has unobtainable phone numbers. Sadly we ended up out of pocket as had to rebook trades people. Wren customer services blamed myself and installer even though designer had kitchen tap to the right of centre after rearranging the design to accommodate a different sized dishwasher. It was always centre until this change.

   Absolutely disgraceful after sales care, items missing in delivery and taking much longer than should to have a kitchen completed. For the money you spend also, you have a disgraceful and shoddy workmanship. It’s even better when the sink falls out! Trying to get through to customer service is slower then a week in the jail and you’d be quicker walking to the moon than getting a solution from them Go somewhere else!!! Don’t go to Wren under ANY circumstances

   Can't fault the service from Wren's. From Geoff creating a beautiful design in the showroom to the quick and friendly delivery men. Had to order a replacement part and it couldn't have been easier with the app, no questions asked and it was sent out within a few days. The service was first class and the kitchen is gorgeous. Would 100% recommend.

   We had an amazing experience with wren. Our tiny galley kitchen feels like it has doubled in size due to the amazing design and space saving cabinets. We wouldn’t have known where to start but our designer made it so easy. Loads of options to suit every budget, would highly recommend.

   We have entirely changed the kitchen in our new flat and used the services of Wren Kitchen in May 2020 and it was GREAT, I highly recommend it. The designer provided full support and made a great design for our tricky small space according to our high demands, specific taste and limited budget. He was very patient and thorough. When it came to installation of units, the process was as smooth and highly professional as it was on the design stage. They even managed to finish the work ahead of schedule. Two lads that were working on our kitchen were very respectful of our space, did a very thorough job and cleaned a lot after themselves. They installed the units and white goods to the high standard and were very helpful with all our questions. We were very very pleased with the results and we enjoy our kitchen every day. I highly recommend Wren Kitchens for anyone thinking of redesigning the kitchen.
