   First time here, usually go to the East Kilbride store. Unfortunately the store was absolutely freezing which did not make a pleasant shopping experience. How the staff work in these conditions is beyond me. I felt the store was messy and not very well laid out.

   Shop itself is a bit hectic but good hence the 4 star rating, the mangeress is grumpy and rather unhelpful being somewhat ignorant, hence why not 5 stars. I will give the benefit of the doubt for the manageress as the shop was busy and she may have been stressed.

   Superb range of homeware at great prices. I found the customer service desk really helpful however the only downside was that the staff were clearly extremely overwhelmed. The senior staff weren't easily identifiable by wearing and kind of uniform or name tag. Id struggled to find someone to assist me for a while and noticed a woman heading towards the staff access doors so I asked if she could send someone to help me. She assisted herself, but she was far from being friendly and I felt really uncomfortable. The store really needs more staff.

   Was in shop 02/09/2025 about 3 O’clock. No price on item that I was going to buy.I went tried to ask shop assistant. Who looked blankly. I thought she had ear phones on.I asked assistant can you hear me? She said yes. So uninterested. I put items back and left.

   A bit of a distance to travel (for me) but it was worth it. Went there with the whole family and it was amazing. Never seen so much history in one place, also never heard so many fantastic stories about them. Staff is so dedicated (some old pilots that used to fly some of those machines) as long as you're willing to listen, they will be happy to tell you every about it.

   Never been a fan personally but it’s not a shop that’s aimed at me. My partner on the other hand is a huge fan and regular visitor. She always manages to find the little odds and sods she’s looking for and in fairness they carry what can only be described as a huge and varied range of products

   The range stores ,what can a say ,they have a great choice of products for all around the home and garden but most of the time it's a guessing game as to how much items are , poorly labeled shelf's is a common accurence in all there stores , today I was in wishaw store which was in an absolute mess , very disappointed and I'm surprised that any store manager would let it get in the condition it is in

   Love the range.great place to have wee walk round.i only go in for couple things and always come out with more.was in today looking for file folders couldn't find right price for the files.seen store assistant asked for assistance his name was Saul lovely helpful well mannered cheerful young man was back in a flash with the price for us even when the place was really busy with people xmas shopping. Thanks saul for your assistance and to all the staff at this festive season thank you you make our shopping experience less hectic.hope you all have great xmas and great 2023.xx

   I normally enjoy a walk around this store however, this time a lot of store floor area was cluttered with stock narrowed isles. Shelf's were stacked poorly/messy with either wrong price tag or none. I saw the same pack of pens showing different prices. Don't be put off though, staff were as courteous and helpful as ever. the bargains were still there to be found.
