   We were recommended to go to Skidz by our local Porsche group, and even though we are over 100 miles away it was well worth the visit. We had a full set of tyres fitted on our Porsche and then returned 2 weeks later for a full set on our Jaguar F-Type. The service and welcome that you get is 2nd to none, the premises itself looks the part and is very impressive with 100s of alloys on display. We dealt with Craig (boss man) and he couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. A nice warm, comfortable seating area with drinks and biscuits is very welcome, especially after a long journey. Would not hesitate in recommending this company.

   Skidz have just fitted an Apple Carplay module to my existing head unit, in my 2015 Cayenne. The system worked well from the beginning, but there was a nagging doubt that the sound quality could and should have been better with the existing bose head - unit. Craig came to my home, picked the car up, and returned it next day, petrol topped up, two bottles of red, and a new module wire had been fitted. The sound is now perfect, and the unit woks seamlessly. Craig's efforts deserve to be acknowledged, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and that the upgrade worked perfectly. They also retro fitted heated seats to my 23 year old 911, magic!

   I recently used Skidz to carry out an upgrade to the entertainment unit on my Porsche 911 (991) so that I could use Android Auto/Apple Car Play, Google Maps, Spotify etc. I was recommended Skidz by the unit upgrade manufacturer (Integrated Automotive). I spoke with Craig (the owner of Skidz) before I went ahead and he was very helpful and knowledgeable, as I had a number of questions about the upgrade before I wanted to go ahead. On the day of the work Craig and his team were very welcoming and they had been upfront about the time it would take, which could be a number of hours since a lot of prep work was required to get access to the control box. I'm glad that I chose a company experienced at doing this kind of work, it isn't something I would like to have attempted myself. After the work was complete Craig took me though the operation of the software. We had some issues getting the sound to work with my Android phone on Spotify but Craig was very methodical in diagnosing the problem, trying his own Iphone then using a colleagues Androids phone to narrow down the problem to my phone -which turned out to be simply the bluetooth volume level on my phone. Craig also tried my phone connection with the car when it was just in the ignition position and discovered that the phone would not always connect fully unless the car was actually running. The team also installed a new accessible USB point which would allow my phone to connect via cable (so I could charge) as well as the option to wirelessly connect to the car. I was impressed with Craig's attention to detail and his desire to make sure everything worked and was understood. Considering the complexities of marrying up newer and older hardware and software I'm surprised the work went as smoothly as it did. What stood out to me was Craig and his teams desire to make sure the upgrade was working correctly and as expected. Craig also made me aware of a local Porsche enthusiasts club that was useful to know of. So it has been a really positive experience using Skidz. I am thinking of getting the wheels changed to a silver colour so I may be back to talk to them about powder coating! Based on my experience so far I would highly recommend Skidz.

   I have used Skidz (Falkirk) for several years and have always received a five star experience. Nothing is too much trouble and they always go the extra mile to help. Skidz is the only place I'd trust for anything to do with wheels or tyres, and to me it's well worth the drive across from Dunfermline to be assured of getting the best service for my car. It's not only tyres though; they did a nice job of painting the OEM calipers on my GR86 too. Most recently I had my BOLA FLE wheels (fitted by Skidz last Summer) refurbished from the original Hyper-Black colour to a dazzling 'Monaco Copper', which was kindly imported by Skidz from Prismatic Powder Coatings in the USA at my special request. No extra charges for doing so either - now that's customer service! Looking back the way, they also fitted a Ghost immobiliser to my new Kona N, which was the first in the UK to have one installed at that time; it took a full 2 days mind, so thank goodness for free coffee, a soft sofa and a toilet! If you want great service and peace of mind, go to Skidz.

   Had a corrosion issue on a new alloy wheel after just a few months of driving. The other 3 wheels were fine. Craig got hold of a new wheel from the manufacturer. I got a colleague to drop the wheel/tyre at their Falkirk facility and they swapped the tyre over and couriered in back to me in just a couple of days. Really easy to deal with, a quick no quibble solution. Really pleased.

   Had trouble since getting wheels powder coated car vibrating. Tried 3 different garages wheels re balanced twice . Wheel alignment done still vibrating. Took car to skidz and solved the problem straight away fixed it unbelievable price aswell. Wish I’d went there in first place . Very helpful and friendly staff I highly recommend these guys . Genuine honest 5 star ⭐️

   Cannot rate Skidz highly enough. Sent in my Jaguar F-Type for a good handful of cosmetic upgrades and got it back 4 days later. Really high standard of factory finish - looks 10x better. Will definitely be back for more.

   First time using Skidz, and will definitely be back. Friendly staff, very accommodating with schedules and quick turn-around on the Ford Ranger tyre change. Waiting area is well-equipped which is a bonus, plenty of space to get some work done.
