   Similar experiences with everyone else you see in this review section. You would think for £25 pp entry you at least get treated nicely, but the security guards were incredibly rude. Guards at the entrance and door were physically poking and provoking my party, despite us being confused on where to go, completely unnecessary. Avoid and will be telling others to specifically avoid this place.

   The service was absolutely terrible. The guard was extremely horrible and rude. From the moment I arrived, he spoke disrespectfully, showed no professionalism, and treated people very badly. His attitude made the entire experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any workplace.

   The people are extremely rude there and very racist. And genuinely, who do they think they are, they literally were racist to my friend and said very rude things to us. People should not bear with this kind of behavior, especially it’s so expensive for entry ticket £25 and forcing you to put your jacket in locker room for £6. Well, there are so many more nice places in London. We don’t need this kind of bad vibes. 0 star!!!

   If I could give zero stars I would. Very rude bouncers and completely unreasonable. Shouted us and said we were being rude when they were the only ones. Not worth the £25 at all, wouldn’t even pay £1. Go somewhere that will treat you with basic human decency!!!!

   This particular tall bearded bouncer with shades banned me from a farewell of a close friend just because I tried to mediate affairs between a man that couldn't get his coat out of the coat concierge over 2 months ago, the man may have been eventually aggressive but I couldn't have possibly predict that at the time. He also said "if i wasn't in my professional capacity I would slap you up" unironically on the 12th of February 2023 he said that and I was totally bewildered at the unprofessional manner the TSQ staff conducted themselves. Unhappy with the behavior, as it led to me being separated from my friends, do NOT come here as you will deal with the same unprofessional staff.

   The atmosphere is really good! ! The DJ's set was impressive! ! ! My favorite kpop song was playing in da house! ! ! ! ! Unbelivable! The drinks are fantastic and reasonably priced. My friends and I had an unforgettable midnight, the staff there were so friendly! 5 stars for sure! ! ! Thank you very much and will come again! :)

   Line was very long and it was raining, but i loved the venue was so beautiful inside, the Dj was ok, music was early 2000s but the staff where lit dancing with everyone and of course Lucy was the star of the show. Lost my green jacket with my wallet and keys but the security managed to find it with my all my stuff ! Thank u

   Hi TSQ club, I just wanted to say thank you for having me and my friends last weekend. I just want to sincerely apologize for the behavior of one of my friends who was shouting racist abuse against one of the staff members. It was uncalled for. and i wanna say thank you for the security team for calmly dealing with us it could have escalated very well but thanks to the team the head doorman selassie this will never happen again i promise if we come back we won't bring him with us it was an unfortunate night but if it wasn't for your help calming everybody down he could have seriously got her

   The bouncer yelled aggressively at just us as we arrived in our uber, even before we got to the line to enter the club. It was a Friday night and they were extremely hostile to us for no reason. We were not drunk nor behaving disruptively. The bouncers created a hostile and unfriendly environment despite it being a “student club”. Do NOT recommend the club at all and would avoid at all costs. Plently of people get kicked out for no legitimate reason despite the £20 entry fee. The club appears to appeal to students for being friendly to international students but does not provide a safe environment for students. Do not recommend and please don’t patronise an entrepise that intentionally harasses its customers .
