    Really poor service. Used in the past as they had there own delivery team. Have offers to order by 6pm delivery next day, according to nisbets they have had alot of issue with DHL, but still make the claim they can get it to you as most of the delivery make it. Parcel failed to deliver, arrive 4 days late and cancelled, showed next day and partner signed for it not knowing. Now need to use a full day window to return the item or take 8 steel stools back to a showroom as cant guarantee DHL will contact me to arrange a time. 6 phone calls to customer service to needing to resolve it myself. Shambolic

    NEVER AGAIN I will never order from here again. I purchased three tables, 12 chairs, and four stools, but my order was split into six deliveries. One of the chairs arrived damaged, and the entire delivery process was a nightmare. Despite calling the company over 30 times, I received nothing but apologies—no solutions. Their 'next day delivery' claim is completely false; it took over a week and a half for this small order to arrive. The customer service was terrible: every staff member gave me wrong information, I couldn't contact the driver directly, and the tracking was inaccurate. This was a horrible experience, and I strongly advise against using Nisbet for delivery

    NISBETS: My name is Victor,This is regarding your branch at 56 Glassford St, Glasgow G1 1UG Disgraceful Customer Service – A Company That Simply Doesn’t Care I’m writing this review because Nisbets has shown me exactly the kind of company I’ll never do business with again, and I think people deserve to know. We’ve bought a lot from Nisbets: expensive microwaves, pots, party dish warmers, mixers, and blenders. My wife had complained about their products before, but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt, until now. On 25th May, I returned a faulty mixer to their store. Two weeks went by with no update. When I called, I was told, “We’ll get back to you.” No one ever did. I physically visited the store on 17th June, and then called again on the 20th, only to be told that the item just entered repair on the 19th of June, nearly a full month after I brought it in. And now I’m being told it’ll take another 10 working days. That’s outrageous. They refused to replace the item or offer any form of resolution. Meanwhile, my business couldn’t wait, I had to go out and buy another mixer myself. This is the kind of customer service that drives people away , no urgency, no communication, no respect for the customer. Companies like Currys have given me instant replacements without any drama. But Nisbets? Once they’ve taken your money, you’re on your own. Avoid this company. Overpriced products and zero accountability. They’ve lost my business forever, and I’ll be warning others to stay far away.

    Placed an order on 22nd of January a week later I hadn’t received any confirmation of my order so contacted customer service my order was never placed although money was taken out my bank account, order got rectified and received my goods a week later, the day I got my goods I received an email of a second order confirmation of the exact same goods and went on to my bank to see they had taken the money again without any permission, still waiting to be refunded a week later. These things happen but wouldn’t use this service again not worth the stress rather just shop on Amazon.

    I went in to shop and paid for goods by card to be delivered the following week turned out the goods couldn't be delivered for 6 weeks so I cancelled now refusing to refund my money to My account disgraceful way to treat anyone

    I bought a fly zapper last year and it lasted 1 year functioning as expected. Next summer rolls along so I buy another for the same price to replace the old one. It arrived faulty so I called Nick who listened to my story, confirmed my order details, and agreed to send me a new zapper free of charge. Hassle free service and quality products = 5 star reviews. Good stuff guys.
