   Had a really awlful experience by one of the staff members at the trade desk. Im so glad everyone has a name tag so customers can see who they are being served with or NOT served for that matter. Martin was very rude, unhelpful and couldnt be bothered showing where a product was when asked. This is not how customer service should be. If you are that lazy to get up and take a customer to a requested product then you shouldn’t be in a job. Nowadays nobody can be bothered working and now I know this is true by experiencing it from individuals like Martin.

   I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff were not only unhelpful and inattentive but also displayed cold, defensive, and outright rude behavior. Such appalling conduct is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company. I highly recommend that management look into this issue, as experiences like this harm the company’s reputation and create a negative perception. Immediate action is needed to ensure that future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

   The staff- Anne Marıe was really helpful! I ordered materials for floor laminating, the order wasn’t delivered the next day by the company ‘s designated courier service. But Anne Marie helped to expedite the delivery the next day with real efficiency and eased our laminating project to start on time. She was definitely the star staff of the day. Thank you for the great service.

   It's B&Q, it was fine. I was looking for spring flower bulbs and they've for some reason decided to put them at the entrance and exit, both of which have "no entry" signs so you can't go back in the way you went out or go back out the way you came in so had to loop the store to buy them. The car park needs some work, faded lines and lots of pot holes.

   Pretty quiet when i visited. Friday 3rd March 10 am. Picked up an electric stove fire and a wee framed print for my kitchen. Staff were helpful and no queue at the till.

   Really disappointing. Bought bathroom tiles in Ayr. They were being discontinued & came to this store to buy an extra few boxes. They wouldn't discount the tiles to match the price in Ayr even though they were being discontinued. B&Q very very poor show.. Makes you want to return to smaller independent stores.

   Went looking for a grinder. We saw one on display. There was no box for it. Asked staff if it was there. They seemed confused. Waited some time. Said the only one they had was about 4 times the price. Tried to reserve several different models for click and collect. Each time said not available. For a store that size you would expect better. In the end decided to go elsewhere. There's Tool Station and Screw Fix not too far away.

   I was interested in viewing fitments for a small cloakroom that is being refurbished. I was a little disappointed with the setup for the items I was interested in but I then discovered that the store is undergoing refurbishment & some areas were taped off for this. The items on show did give me a concept of sizes so I will now look on line with a better idea of what I need. I want it noted that the staff I did speak too were really good & went out of the way to help. Note at the time of the visit the public toilet facility was out of order.
