   Went in to enquire about wheel alignment just after 8am and was told to leave the vehicle as it would be done first thing before MOTs. Left details and went away and went back at 2pm as hadn’t heard a thing to be told it hadn’t been done and they were still doing MOTs. No apology so went to a national chain which I loathe doing and got it done while-u-wait. I try to go local independent but it’s harder and harder these days with service like this.

   Called several places around Newtongrange leaving a message and phone number, no call backs whatsoever, for a new tyre. Went to visit one but closed and on the way back passed Allan’s Tyres. Popped in spoke to them and arranged a time the same day to come back. All done and very happy, they were very friendly and great service, would highly recommend.

   Absolute class service from David and team made me feel very welcome as soon as I walked in. Had an issue with my brakes so dropped it off to them on Thursday evening and it was ready to collect Friday afternoon! Great price, quick service and very professional. Will definitely be back for any further repairs or servicing. Would 100% recommend.
