   Absolutely shocking experience using these clowns..Do not use them. The job took 6 weeks with zero update...when we called, they were dismissive, defensive and unapologetic. Appallingly incompetent at runnjng an automotive service and totally disrespectful of the people, their paying customers, whose lives depend on being mobile for work.

   Charged £172 to fit four tyres which I supplied new myself. More than double any where else would charge. Excuse for such an exorbitant charge was they had to clean up rims which any garage would normally do as a matter of course. And they had my car 2 days for a 1 hour job! Will never use again nor recommend!

   Was having issues with my handbrake on one of my work vans, it wasn't holding on a hill and the light was on the dash board. It's like a new handbrake now let me tell you! The technician David who was working on the van also sorted the locking mechanism on the back door which hasn't worked for years! That alone is worth 10 stars! Invoice was priced super fairly too for the work that wad carried out. All completed with in a day so no need for me to reschedule my work which is always a bonus!

   Thanks Brian, Davie & Mary for super service and communication during my first MOT and Service with Longniddry Garage last week after moving to the area. Very honest and helpful approach with needing four new discs and pads for my MX5 (after the originals got to retire after 26k miles!). Rapid turn around within the day. Highly recommended.

   Guys at Longniddry Garage are great. Neither of my cars would start the other morning. They came and got the car started and replaced the battery within a matter of hours so I was only a short time without transport. Absolutely brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you.

   Good trustworthy garage. Took my wife's car for it's MOT and they called to let me know it failed due to all 4 tyres showing cracks. Once I got over the initial shock, as the car had only done less than 15000mls they explained the issues and I agreed to replace all four. They ordered the tyres and I had the car back the same day. Couldn't ask for more.

   We prior told the garage our water seal had broken, they took the car in and quoted us a ridiculous amount and tried to sell us a load of other jobs and decided to charge us £60 just to tell us once again our seal had broken. The garage were very rude to us on the phone and hung up when we decided to go with a cheaper quote. Very bad customer service would not recommend
