   I am absolutely delighted with the car I bought from here at the start of this week. Graeme took the time to discuss the car thoroughly with me when I first came to look at the car a couple of weeks ago with my toddler. He was very patient and kind throughout the whole process. I left with my new car feeling like I’d gained a lot of extra knowledge surrounding cars and their maintenance too. I will be back to visit the car wash over the winter to keep this car looking great and for future services etc. Thank you ☺️

   I purchased a car from Coastline Autos. To say I'm delighted is an understatement. They were honest no major sales, told me exactly what to expect. They serviced and MOtd the car. Gave it a thorough check. That's been a few weeks now and the car is fantastic. They are a bunch of honest, what you are is what you get, group of guys. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are looking for a used car.

   Whenever i am in East Lothian and visit Coastline Autos to have them wash my car. They always do an outstanding job and their prices are very reasonable and it’s worth every penny! Really never have to wait - a perfect outcome every time!

   Called in to get my car washed whilst passing as it needed a good wash, guy looked at it and suggested it was going to cost £12 if I wanted it to look nice. It was a quick foam and rinse and the car was not properly cleaned. Won't use again very poor

   I drove in for a car wash this morning. Asked if they can take card payment as I didn't have cash on me. The older guy said cash only and added a lovely comment: " You seem like an intelligent guy. You should always have cash on you..." Now I think the comment was extremely insulting and completely unnecessary. A simple "NO, SORRY" would've had sufficed. From my point of view this rude person and the business owner are not "INTELLIGENT" enough to put at least a "CASH ONLY" sign up at the entrance before you drive in. Because that would make sense. In the past 5 years I've NEVER had to use cash to pay for a car wash. Not once. But of course those ones were decent, proper businesses not like this jokers. It's 2024 not 1980. Giving me a lecture about carrying cash on me? Well done! I will definitely be "INTELLIGENT" enough to avoid this place in the future.
