I have to commend Lewis at Braehead store. Absolutely phenomenal!!He was so helpful and knowledge. He made suggestions which I bought also. Excellent customer service !!He really made my day.Thank you so much !!
Just been in today Sunday 2 members of staff on I was standing about 4 feet behind them trying to catch there attention but the were not interested, guy and a woman to buzy talking then one walked away and literally brushed buy me not even interested in me the customer eventually the woman noticed me but buy that time I had had enough and just turned and walked out, terrible service
Great staff at this branch & Buchanan Galleries (I haven't tried any other), especially Lewis & Mark at Braeside and the young girl & lad (sorry, names forgotten) on at the weekend at Buchanan Galleries. Those employees think nothing of calling round & /or checking stock systems to try and find your item at their other branches. Lewis at Braehead held an item for a couple of hours, allowing me time to get there and the young'uns at Buchanan Galleries even checked Dundee to find the item I wanted (well needed, I was buying a 2nd one as my Grandson said I broke his, lol). Great staff, great attitude and extremely helpful. Me kind can benproud of their recruitment &/or training.
Visited the Braehead store and had fantastic service from Lewis ! Couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable and appreciated every minute he spent helping find and discuss the right product for myself. This is what good customer service looks like !
Wenthwreto get my bf some slippers - which has never had before! And he LOVES them and actually was about to walk go work on these thinking he had trainers on lol
Visited with my grandson, he loved it, got what he wanted. Would not hesitate to revisit.
Good selection of gadgets, gizmos and gifts for all ages. Be aware of shopping with young kids that some of the items for sale are adult themed and a bit naughty. Staff were friendly and the gift we bought was well received.
