    Came to get my gearbox serviced and transmission oil replaced, was booked in and nothing happened after two days. Understand can be busy but poor comms. Told me no notifications were up on the dashboard even when I had emailed photos. Seemed like no one had looked at car properly. I gave up and when I came to get car it had been moved onto a random street 5 minutes away without my knowledge. They definitely take on more cars than they can manage!

    Put car in for 1st time for MOT and service. As soon as I got there guy told me we replaced your windscreen wipers as they had bird poo on them. Windscreen wipers were working well and didn't need replacing. They didn't call me to ask just replaced them and I got expensive repair bill. Not recommended!
