My mum went in with gearstick problems and was quickly upsold to getting the clutch replaced. That didn't solve the problem but was charged £500+. Muhammed then had a go at sorting the issue by "playing with the gear rods" which entailed wedging and breaking off a connector instead of just unclipping it, but he tried to hide this by supergluing it back on (stupidly upside down). His "fix" was enough to last a week. I ended up having a look at it and seeing Muhammad's shoddy work, I spent most of my time fixing his mess in the engine bay side of the gear cables. In the end all that was wrong was a plastic tab had snapped at the base of the gearstick, took me 5 mins to secure the base of the gearstick and the car works perfectly again. Muhammad was overly keen to upsell my mum because she didn't know what she was looking at. He wasn't even competent enough to diagnose the very simple issue. I hope in the future he will be less dishonest and take more pride in his work.
I had my MOT done from them, would highly recommend as the whole team is very professional and friendly especially the owner Muhammad. Would highly recommend them as they charge very reasonable price and the quality of work done is great.
