   Upon arrival at the garage, the first impression was overwhelmingly negative. The reception was far from welcoming, instead of assistance, I was confronted by an irate individual wearing glasses who raised their voice in a manner that felt both aggressive and confrontational. This behaviour immediately set an uncomfortable tone for the visit and did not inspire confidence in the garage. Given the hostile environment, I felt uneasy about leaving my expensive van in their care. The atmosphere lacked trust and professionalism, contributing further to my reluctance. The garage’s car park itself is exceedingly small, offering little to no space for customers. I was abruptly instructed, rather shouted at to seek alternative parking out on the street. This was not a realistic solution, as finding a spot within reasonable walking distance proved impossible. Overall, the customer service at this garage was unsatisfactory. The staff’s approach was discourteous and their instructions impractical. The combination of poor attitudes, limited parking, and an untrustworthy vibe led me to decide against using their services.

I appreciated them talking me through the specifics and the detail of the job both in person and on the invoice. I’ll definitely be back!

   First time we've used this place for EV servicing and we'll be back. Very efficient - kept me informed of progress- v reasonably priced and the guys seemed very knowledgeable of EVs - and great to deal with. Almost the opposite of the main dealers in fact. Highly recommend !

   I used Ace Auto Centre services a couple of times to sort my class 7 van, what a find! Finally someone that actually listens and looks after their customers; communication is top notch (including calls and text notifications), speedy service and great value as well; staff being nothing but friendly, polite, clear, respectful and mindful of budget on every step. It is an extremely busy garage so be patient and plan ahead. Definitely recommended.
