   Called in regarding my clutch getting stuck at the bite point, after pulling the clutch up by hand it was okay. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone explained what happened he said I can bring in the car and they'll take a look. Arrived in the morning of the booking and was told they wont take a look as the issue wasn't present at the moment so they couldn't confirm if they fixed the issue. Can't help but feel my time was wasted, should've been advised this over the phone.

   I took my BMW 2 Series here because the driver’s window wouldn’t close. They said the regulator was burnt and replaced it for about £500. A few months later, the same issue returned and now the window is completely stuck. When I called, they quoted another £450 without even checking the car and said something else might be burnt. At no point during the first repair did they mention the 12-month warranty, and now they say it’s expired, so I have to book again and pay whatever it costs. This was never explained to me at the time of the original repair, so I feel I wasn’t fully informed about the process and may have wasted my money or been taken advantage of. Update in response to their reply: I wasn’t told at the time that the part came with a 12-month warranty — that would have been important to know. There was no proper diagnosis that the motor was the issue, just a new quote over the phone without inspecting the car again. Your response — dismissing my concerns and telling me to “take my one-star review and find another garage” — speaks volumes about how you handle customer dissatisfaction. You’ve shown a complete lack of professionalism and no sense of proper communication. I’m simply asking for transparency and fair treatment, which is the minimum any customer deserves after spending nearly £500.

   Used this autocentre for nearly 20 years for MOT servicing and general repairs but now me my wife and family will never use again put a tyre in for a simple puncture repair with a screw in the centre of the tyre they drilled it out or what ever they do and now being told the hole is to large 6mm+ to repair so briefly I'm down £20 for the non repair (no refund) and given back my unusable very good condition Pirelli tyre. The tyre did not go to them with a hole over 6mm so for nearly 20 years of loyalty means nothing
