   10Below was way too pricey for the conditions of the club it is £10 to enter, also I had a bad experience with one of the security guys from Pavilion behind closed doors in the toilets he slapped my whole side of the face, all I asked was can you guard my drink so no one will spike it. Also the guy wouldn’t have done it on the dance floor where people would look it shows how poor and weak he is. And the night club needs to take action very quickly. I asked the manager directly after the incident if he could refund me on the entrance fee or on an alchaolic drink and he said it’s not possible.

   AVOID THIS VENUE AT ALL COSTS!!! Last Saturday I was assaulted by a female security guard whos name is supposedly “Rita”. She kicked me in the stomach after a small verbal disagreement that did not actually begin with her (I was having an altercation with another individual at the club) This is unacceptable conduct from members of staff who are supposed to be hired to protect and look after all attendees. I did not place any hands on her, or threaten her in any shape or form. The venue is yet to offer any sort of assistance on this matter, and did not address the assault made by this individual at the time, even though management was made aware.

   Incredible Vibe! Visited 10 Below as a party of two and had an amazing time. The first thing you notice is the awesome atmosphere—it's cool, energetic, and just a great place to be. The service was fantastic and the whole experience was top-notch. Highly recommend for a fun night out! Also would like to shout out to nikala the bartender, she made the experience even better.

Every drink is made with care and you can tell she’s passionate about what she does. If you’re after great service, good vibes, and top-quality drinks, she’s the one you want behind the bar.

   10/10 club has definitely got better over the years security are so quick to sort out dramas and the bar staff are amazing. Nikala has to be my favourite bartender. Friendly and amazing service couldn't ask for a better bar tender!!! Thank you!!!

   Iv had better atmosphere at a cemetery than this joke of a "nightclub" Hygiene is poor, toilets reeks like it hasn't been cleaned since its opening and bouncers selective with who they let in. Place is shambolic to say the least

   This club is an absolute mess. Security are a joke. How can one of you, who’s supposed to protect those inside the premises, decide to beat up a girl for no reason at all. The men think they’re so entitled. A specific security guard is an ABUSER. he ASSAULTS WOMEN. Disgusting place. Wouldn’t recommend. Needs to be shut down!!
