Came in to get my spacers on my car, young fellow didn’t even knew what spacers are so had to explain it to him… then he said its illegal, disappointed.
Took my car in for a service, MOT and asked to change two tyres because they had cracks and I wanted to replace them with all season tyres. I dropped off my car just before 8:30 last Monday morning and didn't hear from them all day, I called to check on the car the first time at around 2pm but they had no news. I called after 3pm and the car was just having the MOT done. I called again at around 4pm and it was having its service. And then I got a call to collect just before 5pm. When I arrive, they have done nothing about my tyres because the tread passed MOT standards (despite me asking to change tyres twice - when booking and when dropping off). But the absolute highlight of the day was that my car had a lovely, brand new scratch on the bumper that was still covered in white wall paint that was most certainly not there beforehand - it was so fresh the paint powder could we be wiped off with the swipe of a finger (despite my outdoor car being thrashed my rainfall all weekend long). I was told to sit and wait while the cameras were checked and after about 15 minutes they told me that it was inconclusive and there was nothing that could be done because they could not prove that this was not there when I bought the car in. So now I have to book my car again (somewhere else, obviously!) to replace my cracked tyres AND I have a big new scrape on my car that I didn't create yet am now responsible for. So needless to say, I DO NOT recommend this place as they clearly cannot be trusted to take care of your car an they are not honest about things when something goes wrong!!!
This Garage is one of the worst customer services ever been to. Very rude and unprofessional attitude.
Car was take into garage early January and was there for almost 4 weeks, called multiple times to chase issue with car and cost of fixing but constantly palmed off and was over 3 weeks before we had a response of cost. Picked car up and was smoking from engine but when we called was told to burn off fuel and take for a good drive, issue got worst and car smelt of diesel eventually garage said to take it back to look and replaced another part missed from original job but was logged as a new job and charged full labour costs when this issue was off the back of previous work completed and not checked. Attempted to speak to garage but no reply to email. Over £1,000 later Car has the same issue as when was taken in 24/12/2022!
Great wee garage, was ready to be ripped off as I know zilch about cars but these guys were excellent!
