   I have had so far a very terrible experience with this company and the people related to it in less than 2 weeks of doing business with them. They make promises or offers they do not intend to keep. They sold a car to me promised a 1 year warranty and a refund if returned in short notice. I found out the car was written off with major structural damages contrary to what I was told that is had only minor structural bumper damages. the AC didn't work, tyres were not road worthy, engine warning light etc. the warranty was not upheld as the problems i complained about were not fixed. and i decided to return the car after 2 days. Kacper Kubiak said when you have time bring it back and get your cash. On returning the car, he says I'm being cheeky and because of that no more refunds. Avoid this garage at all cost! I'm in the bid of taking legal action against them. the business should be fined & shut completely to protect innocent consumers. If its possible to give them minus 5 stars I would. its a very horrible place filled with questionable characters who lack integrity.

   Avoid at all costs!!!! Took car to have clutch and timing belt and not done, had car for 2 weeks told me it had all work done just waiting on MOT told me the MOT garage had my car ended up stopping replying to my texts partner went done car was not in MOT garage it was on the main road with back window right down while it was raining 4pack of beer wrappers lying about the car costa coffee wrappers lying about the back floor, gave car in half tank and the car had not a lick of diesel left in it, got parking ticket through door of the men from garage driving the car about very late at night, he damaged the seal near the gearbox when doing the work and not wanting to give money back for the damage he cause now having to get car fixed again and pay more money for his mistakes, was meant to fix turbo pipe and he had cut a bit of the pipe off and put a hard pipe on which isn’t letting the pipe expand to work how it should, absolute scammer wouldn’t go there at all costs, all the good reviews are all fake !!!

   Thinking that these guys are crooks! Sold a defective vehicle that is registered as 'written-off'. Waiting for cash refund. Will maybe give better review if refund is forth-coming. Will withhold reporting g to relevant authorities to give opportunity for full refund.

   **AVOID THIS GARAGE,THEY SELL WRITTEN OFF CARS **,we bought a polo 11 months ago and after trying to trade it in we have just been informed it was a write off in 2019 to which we obviously were not made aware during the purchase process. We saw an advert on gumtree and all appeared well until now...beware...

   The garage and repair shop – AutoFix was great experience. They are great to deal with. Staff were friendly and helpful. My car was serviced there for my MOT and my front and back bumper had to be repainted. It’s all been done in professional manner and on time. They are honest and always return their phone calls promptly. Recommend the place for mot & repairs.
