Had the car in for 4 tyres fitment. No issues on that side, except I picked up the car later in the evening and it was parked around the back, reversed all the way into the kerb; rear bumper cracked and chipped on both sides. Didn't notice that day as it was dark. Emailed the next day, completely ignored.
The service was really good at getting booked in and work done. I had a Yokohama tyre replaced, they took me in early, thank you. When they fitted the tyre they balanced the wheel and there were over 100gm on the out side and 45 on the inside, they very kindly took the car back in the next morning and rebalanced it, slight improvement. Yokohama tyre come with a red dot and yellow dot. When lined up with the valve it reduces the amount of weights required, I checked with Yokohama tyres on this and they informed me that on their tyres this is very important , I mentioned this to the member of staff and was told they don’t make any difference. I have since taken my car some where else and they repositioned the tyre and rebalanced the wheel lining up the yellow dot with the valve and low and behold it now has 45gm on the outside and 25gm on the inside. I am sorry i had to take it some where else but i wanted it done as Yokohama recommended. I cannot fault there service other wise.
Had 4 tyres fitted from Asda tyres. The guys are friendly and quick. They even cleaned the soap off the wheels and tyres once fitted. Recommended.
Car had a weird rattling noise coming from it and managed to get seen following day at the garage. Turns out something was just loose and was an easy fix.Guys were super helpful and got it done quick at 0 cost. Being a girl with not much car knowledge some places like to take advantage of that but after today I have no doubt the guys are trustworthy and will help with anything. Hopefully my car will be good for the foreseeable but if any problem arises I won't hesitate to come back to them!
I got my tyres replaced recently via this garage through black circle. I'm really pleased that out of all the options this is the one I went with. I spoke with Steve when I had to rearrange the appointment last minute and he was really helpful and accommodated another time which suited me better. Not only that, but the team ensured that my vehicle was given priority the next day and swiftly had my car returned to me without much delay. I really appreciated the brilliant communication from Steve and also his kindness and time accommodating my needs. The garage and staff were very busy but it didn't stop them from providing brilliant service.
In 60 years of motoring Knightsridge Garage is the best one I have ever used.
