   I’d like to thank Ewan for his friendly approachable and accommodating service he provided yesterday Sunday morning….. I was in to get a puncture repaired! Really cracking young guy! He was really helpful to the several people that entered the reception in my short time there. I was also really impressed with the cleanliness of the reception area too! If I could have given 11 out of 10 I would!! I will recommend to family and friends going forward!

I needed some work done to get my MOT certificate which had lapsed and when I called, Tommy arranged for all the work to be done & the MOT on that same day.    5* service from kwik fit Inverkeithing today. They had so much patience while I had to search for the locking wheel nuts for my husbands car. After a visit home and eventually I found them they completed the job today which I really appreciated.

2. Matrix Tech ★☆☆☆☆

   Booked for 8:30 for fitting a new tyre online at this branch. The job started half an hour later. No apologies offered at all for the delay. Paid for a Tpm valve and wheel balance x1. Not convinced that the valve was changed or wheel balancing on that wheel done! Also the TPM warning came up on the dashboard. When we checked the tyre pressure, it was inflated to 38 psi instead of the recommended 30 psi. Really disappointed with the service. Not happy at all.
