   I attended Your Dentalist clinic on 14 November 2025. During the appointment: • We were told that the check-up required cleaning and an X-ray for £37, which we agreed to. • The dentist then said additional X-rays were needed but refused to provide a price when asked, making informed consent impossible. • Despite me being in severe pain, we were repeatedly told to “get out” before any examination began. • My partner assisted with translation, but he was repeatedly interrupted and told that he ‘didn’t behave’ when he requested to finish his sentences, which further complicated communication • The dentist repeatedly stated I was not registered, even though all registration steps had been completed. • After the appointment, I spoke briefly with the clinic manager, who said it “could be a misunderstanding,” but no apology or expression of concern was offered. • A follow-up call promised by the clinic practice manager did not occur on the requested day; a staff member called only after a previous Google review was posted. • The following day, on 15 November, NHS triage classified my condition as a dental emergency requiring treatment within 24 hours. I subsequently received emergency treatment through the NHS on 16 November. This underscores the urgency of my condition and raises serious concerns regarding the clinic’s decision to ask me to leave without assessment. • Following the clinic’s suggestion, we submitted a detailed email outlining these issues. After about 20 working days, the response we received was generic and did not address any of the specific points raised. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, clarity, and follow-up. Based on this experience, we are now considering escalating the complaint to external bodies such as the Dental Complaints Service (Scotland), NHS Scotland Patient Advice and Support Service, or the General Dental Council.

   I have been a patient of this practice from the very beginning, and I would like to highly recommend it. Whenever I needed help, the dentists and staff were always there for me. The entire team is friendly, supportive, and truly committed to patient care. The reception staff are always welcoming and willing to assist. Wiola, who speaks Polish, has been especially helpful with translations whenever I needed them. Dr. Abdul has never left me without a solution — no matter what the issue was, he always made sure I received the right care. I have complete trust in him, especially in situations when I was in pain or needed advice. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Danuta

   I am extremely pleased with the care my family and I receive at this dental practice. I am a patient of Dr Yasmin, who is not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly - she always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. My daughter sees Dr. Myriem, and she absolutely adores her. It’s wonderful to see my child so relaxed and happy during her visits. The staff is equally amazing. A big thank you to Wiola for her kindness, translation help, and support during my appointment - her assistance truly made everything easier. The practice itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for excellent care and a great experience.

   I’ve had a wonderful experience at this dental practice. The staff are incredibly kind and always make me feel comfortable, which is especially important for me as I struggle with anxiety. They take the time to explain everything and ensure I feel at ease during my visits. Viola, the manager, is fantastic—she’s always helpful and goes above and beyond to advise on appointment availability, making scheduling stress-free. Yasmin, my dentist, is amazing! She is very professional, gentle, and explains every step clearly, which really helps reduce my anxiety. Her caring approach makes every visit so much easier. What really stands out is their attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they truly value their patients and work hard to provide the best service possible. Highly recommended!

   Our family had a nice experience at Your Dentist. Luckily, we were registered as new NHS patients although we had to wait about two months for an appointment with Mr M Eladawy. The staff is very polite and hospitable. After checking up, my son had his teeth polished and I booked an appointment for later. I needed to have my tooth taken out. The X-ray was done and sent to my email address. The surgical extraction wasn't easy, but the dentist did it professionally and one week later I forgot about my nightmare without extra medicine. Everything was free for us. And my husband is going to get treatment as well. So I definitely recommend this practice.

   I went to 2 different dentists in the same practice and each one told me different things need to be done. They also weren't clear on the price (NHS or private), they charged private even though the procedure could be done through the NHS. The reception is not on the same page with the dentists about prices as well. I moved to another practice that I can trust.

   Wasnt very happy with my first appointment, the dentist roughly checked my teeth and took x-ray, I told him I have TMJ and he immediately asked me to do Invisalign, a nightguard and deep cleaning, which all of those cost a lot. He also chekced my husband teeth for only 3 mins and did not take any x-ray, also "recommended" him to do a deep cleaning. Probably all of those are good for us but I wasnt comfortable with the dentist's attitude, I felt like he just want me to spend more money in the clinic and he didnt even explain clearly why do I need all those things...I agreed to just make a nightguard and the dentist surely was not looking happy about my decision. He was very rough while taking x-ray and putting the moulding material, I was in pain but the dentish ignored and continued! Anyways, I registered at another clinic afterwards and was much happier there. The new dentist explained clearly that neither me or my husband is required to do any deep cleaning. Phewwww P.S. I saw there are several reviews mentioned the same thing about feeling pushed in doing things they don't actually need, sounds like a deep cleaning is the basic thing this clinic will offer no matter what. So they can at least secure £68 from each new patient LOL

   Professional reception staff. The dentists in this practice are very friendly and very experienced. They booked me in for an emergency appointment and eased the pain. I did the root canal and filling in a couple of sessions. Very competitive prices for private treatments. Would definitely recommend this practice.
