   Arrogant and greedy. Dumped ALL their NHS patients during covid. I phoned this week for an emergency appointment. The receptionist rather than listening to my needs maintained a mantra off 'you know we're private now' 'you know we're private now'.. YES and I can afford to pay... do you have any availability... January 2026!! Well guess what found another practice who could see me following day and did a bloody good job. Cheerio.. they say that dentistry carries a high suicide rate. I wonder why.. who is falling on their sword?

   Fantastic practice. I couldn’t recommend a better place. Reception staff are brilliant, so kind and very good at communicating. I was extremely nervous about having my impacted wisdom tooth being so far back in my mouth I didn’t even know it was there until I went to my dentist in agony, removed, especially being in my late 20s and being a high risk patient due to the nerve being very very close to the tooth. I was warned of possible nerve damage due to this, but due to his sheer wizardry and skill, Dr. Wortley managed to remove it in record time without damaging the nerve what so ever. I’m now completely pain free for the first time in 6 months! Huge thank you To Dr Wortley and Abby for taking such good care of me. If you’re here for your wisdom tooth to be removed and are worried. Don’t be. You’re in exceptionally good hands here!

   I am registered at this clinic for just over a year and I am very satisfied. Although I have not proceeded to any major treatment, I have been seen very soon when in pain and have been given helpful advice in a relaxing setting. The reception staff. Thanks, you have gained my trust.

   I am happy with the treatment I receive in general, and have been going to this dental practice for years, but find it hard to understand why there it no one to take a phone call in the middle of a Tuesday morning when I have a chipped tooth that needs attention.
