   I’ve just finished my treatment with Dr. Georgia G., and I never thought I would say this about a dental visit, but it was absolutely fantastic. Everything was incredibly professional, with full focus on me as a patient, my needs, my comfort, and my expectations. The entire treatment took place in a wonderfully caring atmosphere, and what mattered a lot to me was that everything was clearly planned and explained from the very beginning, including the financial plan, so there were no unpleasant surprises. I genuinely felt taken care of as if I were in a top-tier spa. Dr. Georgia and her assistant (I’m so sorry I forgot her name, but she is an amazing, warm, and incredibly helpful woman) are truly exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them more.

   Today I went back to the dentist after three years of avoiding it due to a bad experience elsewhere. I saw Dr. Georgia Giavi, who works at West Granton Dental Care, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I was very nervous because of my past experience, but Dr. Giavi was patient, reassuring, and highly professional. She carefully explained everything and constantly checked if I was okay throughout the procedure. She removed my tooth without any pain, and I could truly see how experienced and skilled she is. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Giavi for taking such good care of me and helping me regain confidence in going to the dentist. I highly recommend her, especially to anyone who feels anxious or has had bad dental experiences in the past.

   I had a filling done today with Georgia and she was absolutely amazing. I’ve seen her a few times before and she is always so lovely, caring, and professional. She made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment, checking in on me and making sure I was okay. The filling was done so quickly and smoothly, and I honestly felt well looked after from start to finish. Georgia is fantastic — if she ever left the practice I think I’d be crying!

   I called asking for change visits because my children had a visit on 17 and I was 11, the boy who answered the phone, nothing checked and said that it is impossible. I'd love to file a complaint against this friendly team, but since the boss is away, they do whatever they want. This is not the first time this boy has been ineffective. he falls opinion of the whole practice. Maybe good training of customer care would be good. Woman who work there are more helpful. 4.11.2022 My crown has been moving for a long time, I have always asked for an emergency appoitment because it is a choking hazard. On average, I go there once every two weeks. I didn't get it today because I didn't feel pain but I never felt it. I cannot eat for fear of breaking the crown shaft or swallowing a tooth. I asked to speak to the manager ... Oddly enough, he is not here today. No visit, the tooth is moving and the only solution I was offered was an implant worth £ 1700.

   Had a 9.30 appointment on the 1st of Oct 2021, on attendance I hadt set to long before being taken into the dentist room, ive been attending this practice for quite a number of years now and always found then to be professional and reasonably priced. The dentist I'd seen id had afew times and always found her to be pleasant, now I know businesses or struggling and im aware of the prices, I'd ask for two white filling and was given a price, thought ok alittle over priced but I needed to have the work done. After the filling was completed id thought to myself right maybe she was going to do the second filling another time, on leaving to pay I was charged £115 which we were in agreement to for two filling, had mentioned when speaking with the dentist about having two crowns replaced £320 each she said well on bott counts of thinking were dose this girl ,pluck her figures from white fluffy clouds. Needless to say I'll not be back to that practice keep the other £40 smile today poor business tomorrow.

   I visit West Granton for regular cleaning and checkups. I also had 2 fillings but I didn’t feel a thing! My dentist Kostas Maniatakos is always clear about what he is going to do and takes great care both in terms of the work done and of putting me at ease. I am glad to have found an excellent dentist that I can trust. Reception ladies are gentle and helpful.

   This is the best dental practice I have been to in my 72 years. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and courteous. There is a nice cosmopolitan atmosphere, and my dentist is efficient, gentle and very understanding. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment! I would definitely recommend West Granton Dental Care. Bill
