It's expensive and food is not tasty at all. Also the place is very dirty, good lying everywhere under the table, bins not emptied.

Food was good enough but a little on the pricey side, staff aren't very accommodating as they had some baguettes made up (one of each kind) and refused to make any more even though they had everything there to make them (we wanted 2 cheese baguettes and they had one made) right in view so I shared one with my daughter so they done themselves out of extra business from me and I shan't return (next time I'm brining our own food to go to the park). Plenty of seating inside and out.

The cafe is conveniently located at the entrance of a beautiful park. There are public toilets available, sponsored by the park. Food quality was average and I'd avoid coffee unless you are only after a caffeine hit.

Avoid. Coffee is poorly made, they have no clue how to actually make anything other than a latte. Flat white (photo1) is a double shot of coffee not a single shot with double water poured through it. When I asked them to make again the girl was lovely but has clearly not been trained. Her colleague was nippy, clearly enjoys working there and lacks basic customer service skills, mouthy and aggressive would best describe the experience. Panini isnβt a panini itβs a cheap ciabatta toasted in a fast baker oven Β£4 is poor value. Chips okay, chilled drinks nice and cold Muffins (chocolate chip) are stored in a refrigerator making them cold and really stodgy. No receipt issued - and continually requested (loudly!) whit wiz it againβ¦ Will not return

The fact a to large portion of by the people that use the park are dog walkers and they don't allow them in is disappointing. I'm not going to chain up my dog out of my sight to get a coffee. It's money lost for the cafe

I was very impressed with the staff, the food and the cleanliness of the cafe / restrooms facility here. In detail the staff were friendly and attentive and the food while not exotic was comforting and well prepared. I had lentil soup, home made, and it was delightful. The portion size was just right. I also had the west of Scotland brunch roll. The square pork slice was cooked perfectly, not overdone, accompanied by a potato scone which I couldnβt have prepared better myself. The roll itself was a typical soft bap probably with preservative. Iβd suggest a Mortonβs or McGhees instead. Quickly cooked and and delivered. One of the party had some chips. Proper, not frozen or oven, when I enquired I was able to establish that they were in fact double cooked or fried and what a difference. I was reminded of the Peoples Palace at Glasgow Green before they disappeared into oblivion. Finally, the place was spotless in spite of almost every table being occupied to the full. The toilet facilities could have been a nightmare but they were the opposite. Bright, warm and spotless.

Park is beautiful, lots of families enjoying the nice weather. An utter disgrace no public bathrooms are open.

Impressive for a council cafe. Good selection of toasties and kids boxes were great. Reasonable price. Lovely roof inside but floor could do with modernization with vinyl tiles or something similar.
