Great wee place. Big Shout out to Chloe who made my day today. Walked in and she instantly remembered my order. What a star Me and Chloe are best mates now, please give her employee of the month.

Can't comment on the food as I walked out after the lady serving decided to have a long conversation with the lady in front of me, then, when she was done, proceeded to mess about sorting a tray. All the while this is happening there are 2 other colleagues just standing about not even acknowleging me standing waiting to order. Terrible level of service that I haven't experienced before in this coffee shop. I live locally, but will now get my coffee from a local coffee shop as it just goes to show that these chains don't care and just assume you will stand there and wait till they are good and ready to serve.

Great Costa branch. Across all Costa coffee shops there's always the same level of customer service and quality of food and coffee. Thank you

I have been visiting Costa here in Baillieston each day for a few weeks. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, if your looking for a warm welcome, friendly environment and a decent cup come here.

Costa is the most terrible coffee I have ever had. After Starbucks of course. Well they are both pretty similar. Expensive everything and terrible chain food mass produced horribleness. It's a shame it's allowed to be a thing

Love meeting up with friends in Costa - staff are always so nice and keen to help. Just wish they had a more varied vegi choice for hot sandwiches or even cold wraps. Getting a bit tired of cheese n tomato wraps. Won’t put me off going or recommending though - it’s the perfect place to have an unhurried coffee and chat without feeling rushed. ❤️
