   Lovely place to bring small kids to explore and enjoy the different toys. My kids had a great experience. Staff is so friendly and attentive food was amazing. Will definitely be back.

   Hi! We had our girl's 2nd birthday party here and we couldn't have been happier with how it went. Everyone had the best time, staff were super attentive and informative, keeping us updated on what's going to happen when. Nothing was too much of a bother for them and they even asked if we wanted some photos at certain points which I was very grateful for as would have missed an opportunity in the midst of being busy with our guests! Feel like it was a really good value for money as well and loved the option of having an afternoon tea for food instead of standard chips and nuggets for kids parties. Finally, gift bags are brilliant and our guests were delighted that they can return for a play session! We are looking forward to coming back for many playdates and will recommend you to others. Thanks so much x

   AVOID - Freezing inside, staff sat down at the one time for lunch, we had finished eating and would have ordered coffee but nobody acknowledged us for the best part of a half hour after we finished eating. Thick bloomer toastie came, smaller than my phone screen and as thin as cardboard. When I questioned it I was told menu is subject to change, as it depends what they have had delivered in. Surely if the menu is subject to change the customer should be notified before hand? Im a small person, doesn't take a lot to feed me, I was starving when I left. First time we ever came we waited 50 mins for a sandwich and 1hr 15mins for a toastie, I let that go at the time and thought it was maybe circumstantial ( It was a weekend and they were busy with just eat, plus they were initially apologetic) this time they were argumentative and not accomodating by any matter of means. Will not be back! Forgot to add my friends kids dish came down saturated in cooking fat as it was not cleaned properly. She had ordered cold food so shouldn't have been there. Poor service.

   Service was poor and the children's play area was a disaster. All of the toys were all over the main floor with nothing in the rooms. Staff didn't tidy the area before the session started nor did them attempt to tidy during the session. We won't be back.

   Great little find my son loved the whole set up from playing and having his special breakfast inc meeting Mickey Mouse. Lovely staff welcoming and attentive. Value for money and the coffee was delicious :)

   Super place for young children, very well set up, and a nice change from soft play, the kids love it here and it encourages role play. They serve beautifully presented VIP meals for kids which they love! Need to book in advance online though, this keeps track of the safe amount of kids allowed to play at any one time. Lovely cafe serving tasty food for adults too while the kids play!
