Very nice and the customer service was great I had no problems when I was being served. I sat in the cafe at the front window people watching the space and windows it's nice and airy it was also comfortable nice and quiet
Terrible attitude of the store menager! She didnt even said how much i need to pay, she just pushed to me card reader without saying anything! Staff was making coffee while texting on the phone. Lacking any experience within customer service. There are better places than Costa in Motherwell.
Hello, I just went to this Costa and ordered a cappuccino and a sandwich. The tall boy there started to get mad at me because I was laughing while talking on the phone. He threw the sandwich in my face in disgust. I handed it back to him and didn't take it. He's very rude.
They were very very very busy and they were still so polite and friendly
Great service from David & Douglas tonight. Unfortunately my usual coffee shop shut early today but this was a good alternate.
Coffee was nice and I enjoyed it. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Sometime tables aren't cleaner quick but it's not too bad
As a regular to this costa I've always had a good experience. My disabled daughter and I are always treated with respect and kindness, they always bring our order over to us as I'm busy getting my daughter settled and they're always friendly! As mentioned by other reviewers, yes I've had times I've waited a seemingly long time, but I also paid attention to the fact there were clearly new staff who were learning and trying their best. I can only assume the people who get so irrate at these silly inconveniences have never worked in the service/retail industry before and if they have then where's the compassion? Food is always good, coffee is perfect (the manager even remembers my chai latte order every time) it's clean, cosy and local to me. Can't want for much more really!
I just love a Costa coffee it's the only time I really drink coffee,just wish it was mot so expensive but never mind
Had coffee was great .nice staff might need more staff to speed up orders when busy .would recommend . Partner had mango cooler she gets it all time she likes them
