Went in for coffee and a cake they got the coffee order wrong and when told was then given cold coffee two different cakes one plate cakes on top of each other , the atmosphere was so bad we didn't stay ate the cake and left worst Costa shop ever
By a LONG way the worst Costa staff. No manners, unhelpful & zero customer service. This was not even a “one off” , every visit to the shop is the same very disappointing experience.
Staff in this store look so depressed. Could be doing with alot more training in how to deal with the public.
