Lovely café for brunch. This was our second time at this café and still as good as our previous visit. The food is delicious and the staff is lovely. "Sorriso Eggs with salmon" and "The Stack" from their menu is delicious! Bonus points for the lovely presentation. Cheers!
Such a lovely spot for brunch! The presentation was beautiful — the Eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked with rich hollandaise and crispy sourdough, and the guacamole added a nice fresh touch. The French toast with blueberries was sweet and indulgent, and the coffee was smooth and aromatic. Great atmosphere for enjoying a relaxed meal outdoors!
We went for Saturday brunch excited by the good reviews and the aesthetic. However, appreciating it’s a small cafe with a small kitchen, it took one hour from being seated to getting our food served. That for me is a little too long and dampened our vibe and time quite a bit. When the food was served it was mostly good. The full stack with haggis and Black pudding had lots of flavour. But in contrast one of the hash browns was well over cooked, with it being burnt on the outside and like a crisp the whole way through. The French toast was disappointing. Nothing wildly wrong, just without anything to get you excited. I Wouldn’t get it again or recommend. Overall, if you are looking for a cute brunch spot with flavour in the poached eggs options, I suggest coming here if you are accepting of possible slower service. Otherwise I suggest you l go at less busy times. If you are hungry and it’s busy, maybe better to avoid. The waiter was very kind and gave some free fudge as an apology for the speed of the food.
The French toast was golden, soft inside and lightly crisp outside, with just the right touch of sweetness. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly, with yolks that added a rich, creamy contrast. Together, they made a delicious sweet-and-savory breakfast I’d definitely order again.
Amazing place for lunch, very cute inside. I love how gorgeous the dishes are presented. We tried a couple of egg dishes, the food was delicious and the eggs were perfectly poached. Friendly service. Great coffee and they serve alcoholic drinks too which is a plus!
What an outstanding place to eat! Excellent value for money. You can tell they care about you and what they produce. Coffee was perfect and brunch was to die for! Simple flavours worked and presented very well! We went every morning of our stay In Glasgow and when we return, Sorriso Cafe is definitely where we will be going! Thank you Team Sorriso ❤
We came in for a Sunday brunch and were greeted so well. I’d done a bit of a google maps search to find somewhere that looked like they did a decent brunch (first time in this neck of the woods) and they Sorriso topped my expectations. Our coffees were served with a lush piece of fudge, the drinks weren’t bitter at all and were so smooth. The food arrived and it was excellent. Thank you Sorriso. I wish I had a bigger appetite!
Wow. What a brilliant brunch experience! This place is a gem. The decor was well thought through and the food was absolutely brilliant, as the attached picture shows! A place like this is really made on the quality of service though. And even during a busy Saturday morning brunch service the service was positively delightful. Thank you all for a really lovely time.
Lovely interior place, great food. The waitress who served us extremely lovely. But it took a good waiting around, even some people who came after us got looked after before us. Overall, a lovely coffee place, will definitely visit again.
I really enjoy this place every time I go!the food is amazing and in reasonable prices, the place is beautiful and the staff very good! I totally recommend it! For me is the best brunch in Glasgow!!
