   The workers are very rude. The workers don’t have respect for the customers that are paying them at all the workers roll their eyes when you ask them for something. The workers gave you attitude and the workers are very very sassy. They don’t have good customer service at all their customer service is horrible. Absolutely horrible. The workers are so so rude

   Ive ordered flavoured latte. Im drinking it and drinking and it tastes like non flavoured latte, regular coffee. Im getting to the bottom of the cup and there it is - syrup. Im pretty sure its staff’s job to stir it :(

   This would be a great little Costa if one didn’t have the feeling of intruding a family event. (We mostly come in the evenings). Every time we come here there is nobody at the counter, staff seem to always be chatting somewhere in little groups. The main tables at the counter seem to always be occupied by what seems managers of the place on laptops. We sadly always get the feeling that we are actually intruding. Especially because we see the girl making the coffees all smiley and chatty with the other staff and once she serves us any trace of smiling or happiness disappears. I really shouldn’t feel like apologising for buying a coffee!

   very friendly staff. spotlessly clean and great coffee. however. most expensive costa ive been too. cakes are usually 2.25 in any other costa but 2.60 in wishaw. bit excessive.

   Manager (older woman with ponytail) sits in with a McDonalds Takeaway or a takeaway from rival shop Baynes. No sugar for last two days. Tables outside filled with cigarette butts. Server with purple streaked hair is excellent and very friendly. As with all Costas, very expensive.
