Best eyebrow threading I've ever had! So quick and painless and Shamila is lovely. I was go glad that I found her new shop, just along the road! Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend services here. I have been going here for my threading since a year now, since I moved to Musselburgh. This review is for the eyelash extension, eyebrow threading, upper lips threading, waxing, and face threading. I cannot recommend Shamila enough. I am always made to feel comfortable. My eyebrows look great when Shamila does them! Painless and quick service! I recently got eyelash extensions (only the second time in my life), and I MUST SAY I FEEL GORGEOUS. Doesn't feel like I have anything artificial on my eyes. So comfortable, so clean and Shamila took care of my requirements of not having too long lashes. For people moaning about cash only, please live in the real world.

I go here every 2 weeks, and staff are always very nice and helpful. Always leave with a good result. Wouldn’t look elsewhere for my eyebrow thread.
I’m pretty picky about my eyebrows and have been looking for a business to become my regular threading place, especially as I’ve just moved to the area. Excellent job, will be back and it was the quickest I’ve ever had my brows threaded! She knew exactly what I wanted! Not the greatest quality photos but she made my brows look so much better and more like me! (Lockdowns been hard on all of our brows haha) feel bad because I didn’t get the ladies name but she was fantastic!
I went for their waxing service and asked for the woman waxing me (shaumayla?) to stop half way as it was clear she was inexperienced and I was genuinely fearing for my skin!! There was no gloves worn, she tweezed me with her fingers which I think I was in shock about. I was left completely sticky from wax! I will not be back and I ask the owner to train their employees up or take the waxing service down! Having now read the absolutely disgusting reply below which is full of lies. I will be taking this further. You cannot lie and expect to get away with it... What an awful way to treat a client and try to get away with it! You did not ask me to leave. I asked you to stop. What a thing to lie about! Get yourselves some lessons on customer service!! I was also only 5 minutes late not 20. Do not try to twist it when you know you are in the wrong! I did not expect to be seen straight away. You asked me to take a seat when I came in and I patiently waited for you to finish up with the lady's eyebrows you were threading. Once you were done you took me in. I did not rush you at all. This reply to me is complete lies. Your daughter had returned and you were in a rush to get out so don't worry I remember all the facts. At no point was I rude or aggressive. I was extremely nice to you even though it was a complete botch job! Further to this review I have called the shop and asked for an explanation and you asked me to come in to the shop which I refused and then hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
Fantastic eyebrow dye and shape. The girls really know what they’re doing. Very good value as well. The new nail staff are also brilliant. I got a really good shellac.
First of all congrats on your baby girl missed you today was sent to leith salon just as good as you!!! I must say would recommend these professionals to anyone for intimate waxing I have been everywhere from borders to down south. No pain quick no embarrassment made to feel at ease and very reasonably priced. My two daughters are going to start coming to you too. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had my eyebrows threaded and tinted lovely job too. Also face and top lip threaded painless and quick again wouldn't go anywhere else now I've found nyllas and the other shop in constitution street leith.
