   I gave you one star because I didn't like that you took money regardless of whether I showed up or not, you can't take the whole amount you ask for if you didn't do any services!!!! I didn't know how to use the app, I struggled to make a damn appointment for eyelashes and when I finally managed to do it, I put the deposit and I didn't know that I wouldn't be able to arrive on time, I didn't know how to contact you, but you took my deposit money and money for the rest of the eyelashes, it doesn't seem normal to me that you take all the money if someone doesn't show up! I paid a 30 deposit and then on that day you took another 30 regardless of whether I showed up or not!!! shame

   Lovely staff and well decorated! It genuinely encourages a peaceful feeling when you enter. Great ambience and very welcoming. Genuine conversation with the Lisa's makes you feel at home and like you've treated yourself. Would love to visit again☺️

   First time I went I was 8 months pregnant and had a lovely experience with Lisa who did my nails and was super lovely. Rebooked using a Groupon voucher for my sister and also a normal appointment for myself but had to cancel 24 hours before due to me going into labour I tried calling for ages and messaged the owner lisa and then finally spoke to her about the situation and she seemed so nice and said don’t worry come back once you have the baby. However then a couple of minutes later I get a notification from my bank that she’s charged me £10 for the service I never used. On top of that redeemed the Groupon voucher the day I made the reservation rather than once it was used. I appreciate businesses have a cancellation policy but I think she could’ve rescheduled me hence the fact I was in labour. After I realised i was going to be charged I asked if I could keep the original appointments and send someone else to get the treatments to which she replied she was fully booked but then when I went onto the website appointments were still available. When I mentioned this to Lisa she accused me of saying she was lying and mysteriously the appointments disappeared. I would not use this salon again after this awful experience and feel a bit of compassion wouldn’t do any harm for the business, rather than bombarding me with abusive messages. Very unprofessional in my opinion

   Had a lovely 60min facial at the weekend. Lisa was very knowledge and informative re the products she used on my face. Very relaxing and skin felt fantastic after! Lost one star as communication was not the best. Initially I rang the landline several times and it rang out every time (no option to leave a voice message which was frustrating). Best way to get Lisa was via text message.
