We visit this Costa on a weekly basis. It's always very busy and the customer service of the staff is always very high none more so than Lauren. Her customer service to all the customers is exceptional and I suspect she has a very bright future in Costa.
I was waiting for my toastie and one of the colleagues called Sophie actually spoke very rudely asking “are you waiting for something” she was chatting with another customer who seemed to be a regular. Was not happy with her attitude at all, especially since I was standing minding my own business just waiting for my order!
Went here for Black Forest after being turned down at other Costas. I asked one of the girls if they had Black Forest before I ordered and she was happy to go and check for me. She was very polite and friendly. Kris at the till was really helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us making up for the poor service elsewhere. The hot choc was great. Hard to get a seat here but that’s through no fault of the staff.
Very popular could do with more seats but otherwise great service and produce as always.
Excellent service friendly staff who show a high level of professionalism . They are a well oiled team, we were served by Robyn who epitomised the highest level of customer service. A credit to the costa coffee brand.
Excellent service at an extremely busy time of year. Manager well organised and friendly regarding table allocation. Will definitely use again.
Costa outlet in walkway of the shopping centre. Usual products available and usual standard (better than Starbucks). Can get busy with a fair wait to be served and there is limited seating.
Arrived 1726. Told takeaway only. At least half the tables blocked. Counted at least 4 staff. Refuseddlexibikity when asking to sit down...seriously?! Would you like sugar with that? Frankly, the staff tail is wagging the Costs dog. Closing to discuss the Christmas party one hour early. And the manager duesn' t arrive till six. Isn' t hybrid working just the best?! Never going fur a coffee ever again. Simply rubbish customer service ethos?! No
Girls behind the counter were very chatty and got the coffee made quickly. Their flat whites are great, and the coffee tastes much better than the other large coffee chains. Personal opinion of course! Nice place to sit in the mall and watch people go by
