   Great wee place. Went for breakfast and it was amazing. So much on the one plate, well in fact it was on sourdough bread on the plate actually. Stacked well and filled me up. Also had the bounty hot chocolate which has towered with cream and lashings of coconut shavings. Will be visiting again.

   Currently sat waiting here for 30 minutes. Waiting to be served, people around me getting served before me even though I sat down first and I’m just one person, easy order right?. I came in at 13:35. Cafe had a few empty tables and a lot of staff, elderly couple next to me were complaining about the wait also, because we can hear the staff behind the counter just talk. I probably won’t be back unfortunately, the food was not worth the wait as I just wanted a quick bite before running errands. I ordered just poached eggs on sourdough with mushroom, this was ordered at 14:15. It came out at 14:29, which is impressive seeing as it took more than half the time to be served. A little apology from the staff for the wait would have been nice, but it wasn’t even acknowledged that there was people waiting 30+ minutes to even be talked to, I would’ve been a bit more forgiving if they were understaffed but I saw at least 5 different people working, for a place that has 10 tables. And only 6 are occupied. I sure hope for the rest of the people the 90 minute max seating starts when they order the food.

   Went here for a birthday lunch as recommended on by a user on tiktok. The food was absolutely fantastic. Great selection of lovely food. Everything looked good. I went for the black pudding and Chorizo for food and the Nutella mocha which was amazing. The only downfall was the service was a little slow which the owner explained was down to staff being off. Overall really nice and would reccomend.

   I definitely rated this place a few years ago, but it is the go-to breakfast place that I take my family to every time they visit. The staff are lovely, the portions are huge, and it is always so popular too. The lovely lady opening was barely a few minutes late, but still rewarded us with extra cake as an apology, which was just great. Please go here!

   Been here a few times but today was my last. Every time we go in the service is shocking. Went int sat for 15 minutes no one came to get a drinks order or even acknowledged us as they were all too busy standing around talking to each other. For the amount of staff in that tiny place service should be fast not leaving people waiting. Get the service sorted!!!

   Very busy wee place but we managed to walk in and get a table. Lovely decor and lovely friendly staff, had a bit of a wait for food but the place was busy. I had the ultimate vegan which was amazing and green tea.
