“I definitely rated this place a few years ago, but it is the go-to breakfast place that I take my family to every time they visit. The staff are lovely, the portions are huge, and it is always so popular too. “Had a lovely stay last night. Views of the Clyde from our room where phenomenal. Staff were the most friendliest, warm, welcoming and were so accomadating with bar staff helping us in from the car with our bags. Room was lovely, fresh and very clean. We had little bottles of water and tea's an coffee's in our room on arrival. It's the small touches that make it. Thank you for a lovely stay, and we can't wait to visit you again next year ☺.”

“We came across Pirate Pete at the David Lloyd on a Sunday afternoon and both my boys (who usually aren’t a fan of party entertainers) loved him! I think it was a mix of being fun but not loud and in your face. We then booked Pirate Pete for my sons 4th birthday party and it was the best decision we ever made. All the kids had a great time! Pirate Pete made such a special effort to make sure the birthday boy felt the centre of attention but still included all the children. Just as before even the kids who are very shy loved it as he gently encourages everyone to participate. Thanks so much Pirate Pete. Sorry it took so long to leave you a review! You were great and remembered so fondly by the boys!”
