   Shocking customer service! Plus to add to it bar staff pocketing my cash paid for drinks instead of run it through the cash register! Total shambles of place. Would not return if it the last pub on earth!

   Shocking behaviour from the pub proprietor. We are both exempt,which if she bothered to look up the government guidelines. No one has to show proof i.e a lanyard. Which we both had on us anyway. When my husband stated we were exempt. She said "not in here your not". And then arrogantly demanded that we use track and trace. Which I dont have on my phone. Extremely ignorant and arrogant paranoid woman avoid this pub at all costs. Absolutely no customer service skills. Shocking behaviour disgusted is an understatement.

   This pub is the best in Renfrew. The owner, Gayle, is a legend. She knows exactly when to bring out food (free), The punters are mostly regulars who are the salt of the earth. All in all a great local.
