   Waited over an hour to be seen for a walk in appointment. Staff made no mention of there being any wait time and did not appear to have an understanding of the order in which walk ins had attended. The salon was unclean and staff were unfriendly and didn’t listen to what I asked for. Nails came out bulky and uneven with each nail a slightly different shape. Staff also accidentally filed my skin by mistake, which burned. Definitely not worth the visit.

   I truly hate having to rate anyone under 5 stars, I work in customer service and know how hard it can be. But this was one of the worst pedicures of my life. Uneven shapes of my nails, barely got any cuticle work, shape, or cleaning and there was nail polish all over the place. I look forward to a wee massage at the end … and it was a joke. £38 for a job I should have just done at home, will absolutely never come back. Such a let down after saving to have a nice thing for myself. Total let down.

   Today was the second time I’ve ever been into Royal nails I got my old acrylics taken off and a new acrylic set and I am so impressed with how well the nails turn out! However I feel bad for the staff as I’m a very awkward person and sometimes I struggle to hear them but the staff are all so lovely and they do a flawless job all the time :)

   This is the 3rd time in a row I have had my nails done here and every time i have come out absolutely delighted! Speedy, yet beautiful nails! Done to perfection!!! Everyone always compliments my nails after being here! I've paid way more elsewhere and they were terrible compared to here!!! I will never go anywhere else!!! And always appointments available!!! 5 stars!!!!

   As a first time customer having never had my nails done professionally before I was very impressed with the quality of the job done, I'm a habitual nail biter trying to stop so had my nails shaped and painted with shellac colour. Absolutely love how they turned out and will be returning for extension in the new year!

   I went in today for shellac. I've used this company twice before and they are amazing. Sometimes a wee wait (even if you book online) as they are so popular but the service is immaculate and very fast! Staff friendly, professional and helpful. My nails always look stunning.
