I went yesterday (13 November 2024) to buy tostadas (corn tortilla toasts) and other goods, and when I went back home I found that the tostadas they were stale. They shouldn’t sell items that are past their best date of consumption. The shop has a good variety of goods! The staff was not friendly, as in other shops nearby.
Beautiful shop over two floors. We got a lime-flavour Jarrito and a coffee-flavour paleta. Both delicious. Very friendly shopkeeper too.
WOW!! How did I not know they sell authentic Paletas here?! They are delicious and refreshing, Mexican ice pops made from fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the Roasted Banana paleta. Absolutely perfect for the summer days or a little treat after school. Another bonus - the staff are very friendly and tentative to each customer, welcoming to children too.

Great little shop for all your Mexican needs! Have been looking for a place selling Masa for corn tortillas, achiote paste, and tomatillos for salsa for ages and I've finally found a great place for it all. They've also got a great range of hot sauces I can't wait to try.
So happy to find a place in Bristol that carries Mexican ingredients! Chipotles in adobo, black beans, solid tequila selection, and a really cool selection of products like mortar/ pestles, traditional blankets, decor... Definitely worth a trip. Now that I’ve found it, I’ll be a regular for my Mexican fix.
