Our food was amazing! We had the 2 tacos supreme and the chicken quesadilla. We were provided with extra sauses, chicken tenders and churros. My daughter absolutely loved it. I would recommend the crispy chicken tenders and the churros with caramel sauce.
I had an amazing experience at Taco Bell Cheltenham and would give it a full 10/10. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour, with generous portions and great value for money. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the whole visit feel really pleasant. The building was clean, tidy, and well maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere throughout. Altogether, it was a perfect visit — excellent food, excellent service, and a clean, well-run restaurant. Highly recommended!

I stopped by Taco Bell Cheltenham today with my kids, and even though the place was super busy, the service honestly blew me away. From the moment we walked in, the whole team seemed calm, friendly, and totally on top of things. The guy who took our order was amazing — really patient and kind, even when my kids kept changing their minds about what they wanted (more than once!). He handled it all with a smile and made sure everything was right before moving on. I’m pretty sure he’s the store manager and if he is, he’s doing an awesome job running the place. Then came the classic parenting moment — one of my kids spilled their drink all over the floor. Before I could even grab some napkins, a team member named **Edward** came over right away to help. He was so polite and quick, and he even helped clean up the whole area without making us feel bad at all. Honestly, the service here felt way beyond fast food — more like something you’d expect at a nice restaurant. Huge thanks to Edward and the whole Cheltenham Taco Bell crew for making our visit such a great experience!
PROPER TASTY! So went here as was walking past with my nephew and he said let’s try it out just a snack until we get home. So I had hard taco £1.49 he had soft for £2 and change. Soo first of all it was a bit oily BUT that’s it other than it was absolutely sublime and really looking forward to going back for a full on meal. GO HAVE A TACO BELL I KNOW I WILL Follow for more reviews.
Taco bell was ok service quick then i had a burrito which was very spicy and was not bad. Then I had a taco that fell apart quite easily and this made it quite hard to eat but overall the place is quiete but not bad and someone got stuck in the toilet because it was a sliding door.
So poor, no chicken in one of the tacos. Staff couldn’t understand the problem, management sat at a table just ignored the problem. I told them and they just apologised didn’t try to fix the problem and said bye. The quality of the ingredients is sooooo poor
Decent food but slow service. 20+ minute wait for 2 tacos. Sell fizzy drinks but had no straws. Have to ask for napkins. Didn't see anyone cleaning tables.
