   Ordered a soya maple hazel hot chocolate. Thought it was a latte - which it wasn’t, guys couldn’t have been more helpful. I was hugely embarrassed at bringing the ‘latte’ which wasn’t a latte, back up. Without question, They made a brand new one for me and a regular soya hot chocolate just incase for me without question, and put my embarrassment to rest. Great customer service. Thank you again. X

   We bought 4 items to eat but we were not provided more then 3 ketchup even after asking. Pretty rude and awful experiance. When we called manager, manager did not attend us even after calling multiple times. Worst experiance ever.

   Was just about to buy myself and my partner a coffee while out shopping with my little one . Never even got near a til , was looking at the menu as the server behind the til points and mimics my partner pushing my daughter in the trolley then whispers to another member of staff. My daughter is five and may look to old to be pushed in a trolley however she is disabled and for her own safety is usually in a special buggy unfortunately we had taken a different car and forgotten to transfer the buggy hence why my daughter was in a trolley. Is this really acceptable in this day and age? I have no idea what his problem was but he certainly knew he was in the wrong when I let him know why we were leaving his face said it all yet never offered an apology. This person serving was mid 20s and bald. A full grown man mocking others is not big or attractive, I think some customers service training or new staff would be a shout.

   Always like to visit a Costa if out at lunchtime. Wanted to see the M&S food offerings. Likely they weren't that busy and was able to see that they now have a better selection with the addition of M&S food. I think that the tie up with M&S can only be good for customers. Staff were great and kept cleaning the tables after customers had left. Good option if you want some think light.
