   Awful company. Before buying anything made by this company make sure you do your research. Last couple of years have seen them have issues with their varipumps - fault code galore. Their tempest - leaky valves. New titanium UV’s - faulty/ discontinued ballasts… products should be tested before releasing for sale and not rushed through for sales. Technical department won’t speak to you when you have a problem - they pass msgs through young girls in the office who don’t have a clue about any of their products. Avoid this company and explore other options.

   Dear Nikki I want to say how pleased and impressed we are with the new Tempest filters they are so easy to use. I am able to clean them even whilst wearing my good sute, this system is so good and is well named. with the inrush of air agitating the media in the filter, tempest accurately describes what is seen when doing a cleaning process. Your variable power circulator pump is equally impressive. After we do a cleaning process, I increase the power of the pump which rapidly clears any air block in the system after which I am able to reduce power to a minimum importantly reducing the consumption of electricity and providing sufficient movement of water to allow the uv filter to do its work At this power setting an adequate volume of water is passed to our two spillways providing a pleasing overall effect Please thank Nick and everyone at Evolution Aqua for the help and advice that we received. Ps our pond has transformed from a gloopy mess to a state of crystal-clear water

   Purchased automated nexus 320 at a price of just over 3 grand...problems with automatic ball valve mechanism. Now unable to operate even manually. Contacted and emailed Evolution Aqua and got absolutely no response. Smash and grab your initial purchase. Live and learn

   I had a problem with an eazypod filter and the staff recognised that as I was local for a few days then it made sense to let me collect the faulty part and fit it for my in-laws before I drove 200 miles home. Susan was very helpful.

   Brilliant and very helpful. I had an issue with my Eazy pod after someone removed all the shiny bits. New parts sourced and posted out. Eazy pod moved and secured... The Filter itself is very good. I was gutted when someone damaged it. Close to getting it back up and running now thanks to the help received

   Called up to get technical support for my pump and filter. Spoke to a lady who said they do not provide technical support over the phone. She then said refer to manuals online. I have already checked the manual and does not contain the issue which I am reporting hence I why I’m calling up. She then says to me go back to the shop you brought the item from. Why is this lady working at this company when she does not know anything about the products in the first place. Rubbish customer services. They have no idea what their own products are. I even said I have a serial number and she then goes and says that is no use to them. Would not recommend this company or any of their products. When purchasing items, they are friendly. When asking for technical support, non exist. Do not come anywhere near this company. I called up today 15/07/2021 @ 10:29am. Lady was useless and my issues has not yet been resolved. Who do I go to now if the manufacturer cannot even help?

   First class supplier! The staff are wonderful, always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The goods we get from them are top quality and we sell a lot. We stock the evolution aqua tanks as our main displays and use the af products as our pre mix salt and dosing.
