Really disappointed. My stylist had left but agreed to reschedule my appointment with a different stylist. I had my colour applied but despite my new stylist being two chairs down he didn’t speak to me or engage in any way. Clearly short of staff and eventually I decided to leave having my hair coloured and washed but left with Jac who I had an appointment with totally ignoring me having been two chairs down running SERIOUSLY late. Only when I eventually took my gown off and left the salon with wet hair did Jason the owner offer to cut my hair. He had also walked past me several times and his only stylist in the salon clearly very behind time . I have previously left a good review but my experience today was very disappointing and I am sorry but after more than 12 years as a customer I will not be back.

He always provides a brilliant, warm and friendly service and makes the whole experience so enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble and his attention to detail is second to none.
