   Really great vegan/veggie food served in a peaceful and friendly cafe atmosphere. We went early on Sat eve and had the place to ourselves. Apparently only started opening until late on Saturdays recently which may explain it (door opening times looked like they may be closed but were definitely open).

   So good! Hearty filling meals at a very reasonable price. I came here to do some work on my laptop and have some lunch. I got the jackfruit curry which was delicious. Will be coming back.

   If you want to have a wonderful afternoon sitting in a beautiful sun spot on Gloucester Road, then definitely visit Jack the Falafel! We were welcomed with warmth, a soft and calm atmosphere. Even testers for the chilli and jackfruit to try before ordering (both fragrant and gorgeous it was tough to decide!!). Brilliant service, they were so accommodating.    I happened upon this place one day and am now a regular. The food is so fresh, tasty and such good value it really is a credit to the owner. The staff are super friendly and will even offer a sample if you are unsure of the menu. This is one of the best places in Bristol and highly recommended.

   Amazing food in a really lovely cafe served by friendly staff. The cafe is very nice. Feels quite intimate and good for larger groups. Would be good with some background music though! The food is fantastic. Really great flavours and at a really good price. Very healthy also. Really recommend for a good bite to eat!

   This place is a little slice of slow cooked, chickpea heaven. I frequently dine here for the chickpea curry, it's comforting, filling and good value. The curry is complemented perfectly with salad and warm toasted bread. The service is personal and attentive. The friendly staff encourage you to try samples of the dishes, if you haven't been before. Well worth a visit, if you fancy a meal made with love in a chilled out space.
