A little sister to the one on Hanover st but the service is just as good and the therapists are really lovely. It can be tricky to get an evening appointment as they tend to be very booked up, but this is a great spot for a wee bit of pampering when i need some me-time! Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience. Great customer service and very professional staff. I've enjoyed a range of treatment here. The hot stone massage was absolutely wonderful. I love the interior design-its white and purple and sleek. The staff offer good support and advice and the online booking services proves useful when it can be hard to find time to phone.
I've tried two treatments here – the Hollywood Facial and the Eye Lash Lift – both ridiculously good. As someone with sensitive skin, I tend to shy away from facials. After all, it hardly seems worth it when you come away with aggravated, angry skin. But I decided to tempt fate and try one of Zen's facials – and my word, I can see why they call it the Hollywood treatment. It was a proper pampering experience, deeply relaxing... and I came out with baby soft, super smooth skin and not a hint of redness anywhere. Amazing. If I could afford it, I would have this facial all the time. (Yes, I was that impressed!) And the Eye Lash Lift? The results were brilliant, even if it getting it done is vaguely terrifying. (If you're uncomfortable having anything placed near your eyes, this is not for you!) But if you're brave enough to try it, you'll end up with perfectly lifted, longer-looking lashes that Bambi would be proud of!
My place of choice for any beauty treatment - whether it's a beauty necessity or a pamper treatment. I've tried many places in Edinburgh and no other salon offers such professional and relaxing at the same time service. Once my income permits I hope to become a regular. For now I enjoy an occasional treat and never fail to be impressed.
