Excellent burgers with a range of options for veggie/vegans - the fries were also perfectly crispy. Was a bit pricy but the taste made up for it. Can definitely recommend!

The restaurant offers a decent dining experience with food that is satisfactory and a good option for those seeking (halal) meals. However, the customer service could be improved. When inquiring about the halal status, the cashier’s response was dismissive and lacked courtesy, which affected the overall impression. While the food quality was acceptable, the attitude of front-line staff plays a vital role in shaping the customer experience, and better hospitality would enhance it significantly.

First time visiting, and I'll definitely be back if I'm in Bristol. Really good food at a decent price. Very friendly staff who were very welcoming. Great experience all round.

Food was amazing, came hot and fresh. Very enjoyable. Service was good only thing that let’s it down was abit over priced and up stairs was abit on the cold side. All in all would come back and try other food of the menu.

I definitely recommend this place! The size of the burger is very generous and the ingredients are fresh and tasty! The man behind the counter is very sweet and warm with the customers, he even offered me a free cheese sauce for my fries and they have a very beautiful atmosphere in the dining area. It’s a must try if you are in the Bristol area! In the picture you can see the avocado burger with chicken and I loved it.

Nice and cozy restaurant. It is rare to find Halal burger and this is one of the places that has Halal food. I had the avocado beef burger. It was good not the best though. Burger and a Pepsi cost 12 pounds

Nice little quirky spot we found in Bristol. Went for the cheesy hot dog, cheese burger, chili beef loded fries and four chicken strips in sesame seeds and BBQ coating. We really liked the food overall. Tasted good - not out of this world but definitely worth a visit. Portion sizes were decent too. The server was very friendly and attentive. We would visit again to try something different from the menu.

We had the Reggae, Reggae burgers with Peri Peri loaded fries and chicken pharmesan thin crust pizza. The burgers were really good, but the fries arrived somewhat cold. The pizza was alright. The sitting area in the booth wasn't as clean as I would have liked, and there was some kind of smell originating from there due to some uncleaniness. In summary, good food but the seating area needs some attention.

Great burgers. V shd their classic 8.50£(chicken) and monster beef 12.5£ plus chips and drink for 3£. Halal and Greta burger and taste. Beef is better. Overall 4 Suggest eat in. Entrance is on main road but their is no parking so need to find parking and walk around.

My mom and I were looking for a casual dinner and happened upon Firewood. We were tempted by the rice bowls on the menu and were not disappointed. I had the garlic and herb crispy chicken and rice and mom had the crispy chicken and rice. The serving size was perfect with 4 chicken strips, rice, and mixed vegetables. The service was great and the setting modern and bright. A definite gem in Bristol.
