I've been coming to the shop for the best part of 30 years and felt it was about time that I submitted a review! The staff are lovely, highly skilled and have worked here for many years which says a lot. I take my children here as well and couldn't more highly recommend search a fantastic place to get your haircut!
Have a viking haircut, wanted to cut sides and back dont touch the top. Guy cut way too high and hair kept falling in the shower. Place said cant be us, hair falling is an external problem. Response: are you that daft. Before barber visit, hair is fine and good. After barber, line on sides and back went up and looks different. Simplest of haircuts, when messed up you ruin multiple years of hair growth to achieve my ideal haircut. Dont recommend if you need something specific that you are scared to mess up, even if simple. Guy was nice and chatty so didnt notice it during the barber visit, shouldve been more careful myself and not trust the one with the blade, I guess.

Quality service and amazing value for money. I've been going for years as a result. I tend to get my hair cut by Joanna who is fantastic, but all staff are great at what they do and are very friendly. The ability to book by phone, online or just drop in if you're passing makes things easy as well. I'd 100% recommend!
At first I worried about finding a suitable barber in Edinburgh. But Mark has done a great job. Definitely will have my haircut here next time.

When you hate having your hair cut as much as I do, it's great to find a barber's that makes having a haircut a pleasure and Sirs is certainly such a place. A quality cut at an affordable price with great chat from friendly staff, it's almost like getting a haircut round at your mates'. Highly recommended.
