   Don't look after disabled clients today my friend was told that he couldn't charge his wheelchair but gave him no reason just told him he couldn't charge his wheelchair had to call on 2 friends to come and push him to another pub to get a charge to help him get home

   All life has been sucked out of Sweeney's since its transition from a pub for working class Celtic fans to a haunt for middle class students. During the week, you have a jamming session on a Monday. It used to be busy until people recognised that they play the same songs, in the same order, every single week. This is the most expensive pub in Shawlands (besides a few drinks promos during the week) – unjustifiably so. The manager, Sandy, has a snobby and standoffish attitude and isn't fit to work in hospitality, in my humble opinion. It's not a great pub any longer.

   Sweeney's on the Park is good craic. Good mix of crowd, music and entertainment. Prices are very reasonable and service delivered with a smile. Not much to gurn about and dog friendly too !.

   Great venue, great band playing too called the Cahoots. Drinks prices okay. Toilet a bit untidy. Other than that, was a brilliant night.
