Great place to have a few bevvies; friendly locals Made me most welcome, the owner needs to invest in new external signage because when I approached the pub for the first time while doing a pub crawl I thought the pub was shut!
A large community very traditional bar. Good service. Historic interior.
Old Govan bar beefing some money spent on it. I drank in it years ago when I worked in Helen St and it hasn't changed one bit. Just another old pub that isn't earning enough money to reinvest. It's a shame, really nice staff but very few customers on a Friday night xx

On the subcrawl and therefore as well as locals it probably attracts various other punters. Friendly service but really needs modernisation - outside is particularly poor and looks as if the pub closed some years ago. Cash only.
Friendly. No food served, but we were allowed to carry in from the bakery down the street. Quite convenient and a very adequate pub although no bitter.
