   While my shellac was OK, when I came to pay I was told it was cash only. This wasn't made clear when I called and made the booking. I said I needed to pay by card, and was given the details for a bank transfer. I said I'd need to do this at home when I had access to my lap top. The guy wasn't having any of it and pretty much treated my like some kind of thief. I said I was happy to leave my address and details, but he was incredibly rude and then started speaking in his native tongue which I found even more rude.

   I came here 2 weeks ago to get a full set of acrylics.the acrylics ruined my natural nails they are no damaged I am extremely upset, years of getting acrylics this is my worst experience.i came back to the nail shop to complain and get a refund but was met with bad customer service and a rude lady saying it happens so I’m not getting a refund. I’m highly disappointed therefore I will not be coming back.

   This was such a rushed job! The guy was filing the sides of my nails soo much I had to pull away, painful! He was then going to replace only 2 broken nails & painted them a different shade of white, had to tell him that wasnt acceptable & they all needed painted the same colour!? Told them I wasnt happy with the finished result but they were nonchalent. Terrible experience & complete waste of money!

   This place is racist! I went to go get my nails done a few weeks back, for me to get them removed elsewhere thats professional for me to find out they use MMA! Cheap people! Also I was given attitude and no respect as soon as I walked in, old owners were so much more better.

   Staff were friendly. However, it was really busy and they seemed chaotic and rushed. My nails were worked on by 4 different members of staff - each of these used an electric file and probably now my nail beds are very thin (yes I told them to stop when I felt the burn). They simply filed away my cuticles quite haphazardly, and when filing down my nail powder the colour transferred to my hands which they didn't clean off because they had moved on to the next person. The colour took several washes to get off and I had an event after my appointment so they looked messy. Nails turned out fine in the end but the experience was rushed and not very nice. Also not all staff had gloves on and the place (stations dusty, floor messy) and equipment storage didn't seem very clean.

   I was there today for a manicure and pedicure. There were quite a few things that went wrong but I brushed them off and by the end of my 3 hour visit, I was done and ready to pay. I was then told they only accept cash or online transfer. I asked if they accept PayPal which 2 employees said yes. The man gave me his name to search on PayPal, which I showed him my phone to confirm it was him, and he agreed it was all correct. I sent the £77 and showed him the money had been sent. We stood there waiting for an extended period of time for the payment to go through on his end until finally someone stepped in and said they do NOT accept PayPal. There is no way for me to cancel this payment…… I then had to go take out cash from the bank. BUT because I had to leave the store, they asked me to leave something of mine behind until I come back and pay (I was also the ONLY person they asked to do this out of anyone over the 3 hours I was there that went to a bank)…but I complied and I left behind my air pods. I was so upset when I came back I left them the money, didn’t even get any of my change and just walked out. I have now paid £157 for a manicure and pedicure. I honestly can’t believe this….
