   My experience at Sunset Nails was amazing!    I am extremely disappointed with my nails. I have came in today and asked for an ombré set of acrylic nails. The first guy cut them the perfect length then I had someone else cut them so much shorter, I couldn’t quite see how short they were till they were done as the second guy would aggressively move my hand and fingers and I said I was happy with the length as the index finger was longer for some bazaar reason. The staff told me I should pick a brighter pink as it won’t be noticeable with the ombré, I was a bit confused as to why. I have later on realised that they weren’t using white at the top it was more of a clear acrylic so my pink colour I picked faded into a sheer grey. I told him that I didn’t want them that short and that the top isn’t white they have then informed me at the end that they don’t do white at the top they do a sheer white and didn’t offer to change them for me. I am extremely unhappy as I have wasted £35 on nails I don’t like and this is the nails I now need to deal with on my birthday that’s coming up in a few days.

   So I have tried various nail salons in Edinburgh and I have to say this is the best one. The guys working there do a very good job. My favourite technician was Jackson who unfortunately has moved to a different city but the rest of the guys are just as good. None of my acrylic nails fell off ever which has never been the case in other salons. They use the best materials and I love doing pedicure there because they have massage chairs. I always feel pampered when I leave. Thank you :) Monika
